In ufology, a Close Encounter of the Seventh Kind (or CE7) refers to the creation of a human/alien hybrid, either by sexual reproduction or by artificial scientific methods. The story of CE7 revolves around one woman and unfolds in the aftermath of her abduction and the horrific experimentation that took place. CE7 follows the tragic and spiritual journey of Stella as she struggles to come to terms with her life after contact. In the wake of her captivity we follow her on her path of self destruction and emotional breakdown as she attempts to reconcile with the disintegrating relationships of her past and present, and most importantly, the loss of her infant daughter. The story weaves through her past, present, and subconscious memories and culminates in an unexpected conclusion.
