A young Sufi musician searches for his place in an ever changing world
Swaroop, a young muslim boy, belongs to a family of musicians. He accompanies his uncle Nizam on a trip to the city to work as a travelling musician. They join a small troupe and begin to perform at street corners. But, Nizam's greed and addiction to opium breaks up the troupe. As a result, Swaroop is forced to find his own way in the city.
