It's down to the final four: Christina, Corey, Jen and Petrozza."The idea of being stuck here with Jen is not a pleasant one," Christina says.Sharing a smoke, Jen tries to warm up to Christina. Corey and Petrozza don't buy the act for a minute.The next morning, Chef Ramsay greets the remaining contestants. "The competition has just gone up a notch," he says. "Today's challenge is the mother of all challenges." Each cook will come up with a recipe for 80 customers who are particularly picky. What does that mean? The cooks aren't told.Christina prepares a turkey sandwich with curried avocado. Corey's recipe is a salmon BLT. Petrozza makes a Monte Cristo sandwich with a spicy sauce. Jen is grilling grouper with a rum butter sauce and mango salsa on the side.The contestants scramble to complete 80 orders in one hour. Jen notes that Petrozza's sandwich looks like a "heart attack dipped in a stroke with a side of cardiac arrest." Time runs out and Corey falls far short of 80 portions.The guests arrive ... 80 pregnant women. The ladies get in line and try a sampling of each dish. Corey runs out quickly and heads back into the kitchen to prepare more. Christina takes advantage by bringing her food to Corey's line.The women eat and vote. It's time to declare a winner. Fourth place goes to ... Corey. Third place goes to ... Jen. Second place -- by two votes -- goes to ... Petrozza. Christina wins! Her reward: going shopping in Beverly Hills. The losers get to clean the dining room and polish the silver."Obviously I'm jealous of Christina because I love to go shopping," Corey says.Christina and Chef Ramsay take a limo to the boutique. Christina, who confesses to having very little sense of style, gets all dressed up. Chef Ramsay is quite complimentary for once.Christina returns and shows off her clothes while the rest polish silver. Jen and Christina aren't impressed by her clothes choices. Surprise, surprise.Later, Christina arrives in the kitchen dressed in her chef whites. The rest of the team more or less ignores her. "It definitely feels a little icy in the red kitchen," she says.Back from commercial break, Petrozza helps thaw the situation. Soon, the team is back to prepping together. Chef Ramsay assembles the contestants. "Unite as a team, emerge as individuals," he says. "Hell's Kitchen opens for business and hungry patrons stream in."The cooking begins. Jen rocks the risotto. "Stunning," according to Chef Ramsay. Corey also does well on the scallops. Hell's Kitchen is suddenly a well-oiled machine. Of course, this trend doesn't continue. Jens risotto soon becomes "mush."Now it's on to entrees. Chef Ramsay burns his hand on the handle of a pot that Christina delivers. "Don't stop and look stupid like some thick cow," Ramsay says. "Yes, chef," responds Christina. Ramsay tells Christina to make sure she tells someone if a handle is put over a flame. "One more time and you're f***ing finished!" he yells.Christina promises it won't happen again ... and then promptly does it again. Chef Ramsay is less than pleased, to say the least. "Wake up!" he screams.Corey asks Jen to "drop the eggs" for the scallops. Jen says that she is too busy with the risotto. Christina thinks Jen is intentionally sandbagging to make the others look bad. Jen finally agrees to drop the eggs, but only after Chef Ramsay asks.Under pressure to get the orders out, Corey undercooks the fish. The underdone orders get by Chef Ramsay at the window ... but not by the patrons, who complain and send back their dishes. Corey tries to make amends by cooking the next batch just right.Petrozza, meanwhile, has made yet another mess of his work station. "Stop working like a pig," Chef Ramsay demands. It's a good thing that the contestant's filet mignon is deemed "excellent." Desserts go out and the dinner service is suddenly over. Ultimately, it was a smashing success. Nevertheless, someone is going home.One commercial break later, Chef Ramsay declares the evening "extraordinary ... the best service so far in Hell's Kitchen." He then tells the group to go upstairs and come to a consensus on which two will be nominated for elimination. Out come the cigarettes.The chefs decide to write two names down on separate pieces of paper. Christina somehow gets three votes even though neither Corey nor Christina voted for her. Someone has written Christina twice. All eyes turn to Jen.Jen and Christina are the "winners," but Petrozza and Corey want Jen gone so badly that they scheme to change the nominees.The group assembles in front of Chef Ramsay. The first nominee, not surprisingly, is Jen. The second (insert suspense-building commercial break here) is Corey. Jen is shocked. The two nominees step forward.Chef Ramsay seems conflicted ... but he ultimately chooses Jen. "Keep your head up high," he says. "Don't stop." Jen takes the long walk out.And then there were three.
