Hellooooooo Diner Patrons - or should I say Cafe Customers. His Place came back on the air on October 12th, 2010 after a 6 year hiatus. The show reunites many of the original show's creative team, including Executive Producer and Lead, Tim Burgan, with Producer - Robin Heiple; Producer and Screenwriter - Rose Campana; Producer and Editor - Doug Sellers and Producer and Actor - Scott Kerschbaumer. Most of the original crew is back behind the scenes as well as the show follows Tim as returns from traversing the globe on mission trips to open a cafe where young and old alike can come be comfortable together to discuss contemporary subjects that are most definitely NOT commonly talked about on network television. Adding to the flavor of the new format is a desire to bring more music of all types to the viewers as well as exciting and engaging new characters and storylines to enhance the message. The show has a brand new set and has plans to branch out and take the show "on the road" in the future. And a major new part of His Place is the use of technology - from iPads to on-air skype interviews to streaming live webfeeds to allow viewers to "choose the ending" - His Place is definitely unique in today's 500 channel world. The show airs new episodes every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30pm in the Pittsburgh DMA but is syndicated and broadcast to 80+ markets throughout the US and Canada.
