Pat Rocco visits Rio de Janeiro during the annual pre-Lent Carnival, the "Farewell to the Flesh," when the entire city traditionally abandons all restraint. Accompanied by Marco Antonio, a 16-year-old homosexual guide who points out the landmarks of the city, Rocco spends much of his time observing the attractive male citizenry. Marco also displays his own nude form and relates several of his sexual adventures, including his participation in a threesome. Rocco explains that Rio is a city without inhibitions.
