Five college friends taking a detour from their spring break destination to pass through a small town where one of the protagonists' siblings went missing 2 years before. With no ideas of where to look, the group decides to continue their journey, until a mysterious auto malfunction leaves them stranded. The group find themselves secluded in the small mountain town where "missing persons" is just a way of life. They take refuge in a local motel. One by one they begin disappearing until the grizzly discovery is made that the local BBQ Rib Restaurant is serving up more than anyone had bargained for.
